I love Cozy Corner Ginza. It’s my favorite sweet shop. There’s one at the train station I have to pass through for work meetings. After every meeting, I buy cake. Because, cake. Everything about the experience is good. Beautiful cakes on display to choose from. They get packed neatly in a beautiful package with ice so they’re perfect when you get home. They look like art on your plate. And, this country is all about stabilized whipped cream and flavored gelatin coatings instead of frosting. A whole new ballgame, there.
